The department responsible for the after-sales service relies on a qualified staff with many years of experience. This department is able to offer remote support (via e-mail, remote assistance, etc.), repair of electronic boards by laboratories and prompt technical assistance on field.
In collaboration with the R&D and Quality departments, the after-sales dept. regularly reviews the data regarding repairs and field services, in order to provide customers with a feed-back on the reliability of products and identify possible areas for improvement.
