A dedicated unit in our R&D Department is responsible for the analysis of the products developed by our customer. This unit creates a standardized documentation. Thus, the following processes (like the purchasing of materials and components, the production and testing of PCBAs, etc) can operate under optimized conditions.
Moreover, by making a careful analysis of documentation (wiring diagrams, CAD data, Gerber files, bills of materials, etc..) we are able to provide our customer with a feed-back on the level of testability and manufacturability of the products. Therefore our customer can decide whether or when make improvements to the design.
If required, we can perform MTBF calculations, and analysis regarding the obsolescence of materials.
