we inform you that this Privacy Policy is intended to describe the modalities of management of this site, with reference to the processing of personal data of users / visitors who consult it. Type and origin of personal data collected
Whenever you contact the owner you may be asked to provide your personal data to identify or contact you.

A) Purposes of processing and collection of personal data
On the basis of your free consent, explicit and informed - or in other cases of lawfulness of the treatment strictly required by law, including the art. 6 Reg. N. 679/2016 - the Owner informs you that the Data collected:

B) Purpose of processing and collection of non-personal data
The Holder collects data in such a way that will not allow direct association with a specific individual (hereafter "Non-Personal Data"). The Holder collects, uses, transfers and discloses Non-Personal Data for any purpose. Below are some examples of Non-Personal Data collected and its use:

C) Purposes of processing and collection of particular categories of personal data
Except for the cases provided for by law, the Data Controller will not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to identify unambiguously a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person.
The Owner will not collect personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes or related security measures.

D) Purposes of processing and collection of personal data of minors
The Owner is aware of the importance of adopting additional precautions to protect the privacy and security of minors who come into contact with our company.
The consent of minors to the processing of their personal data is valid from the age of 16 years.
The Data Controller will not process the personal data processing of children under the age of 16, unless parents or guardians consent to the activities of collecting the use and disclosure of children's information by the Data Controller.

Methods of processing and storage of data

j. companies belonging to the Data Controller or cooperating with them, also located abroad in countries belonging to and not to the European Union, for instance with reference to activities related to the anti-money laundering and prevention of terrorist financing;
k. parties to whom it is intended to transfer the existing contractual relationship or the receivables deriving from it and their consultants;
l. external parties of trust, including those operating abroad and not belonging to the Data Controller, who perform tasks of a technical and organizational nature, as well as advice, control and information on behalf of the same.

Rights of the interested party
The subjects to whom the data refer may at any time exercise the rights they have recognized pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 and of the articles 13 and ss of Reg. N. 679/2016. In particular they will be able to:
a. ask the Owner to confirm that a personal data treatment is being processed;
b. ask the Data Controller to access personal data and obtain the information referred to in letters a-g of the art. 15 Reg. N. 679/2016 and be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees relating to the transfer pursuant to art. 46 Reg. N. 679/2016, if personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organization, provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of others and the holder's right to charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs related to subsequent copies at the first;
c. ask the Owner to rectify the inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay;
d. obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration, taking into account the purpose of the processing;
e. request the Owner to delete these data, without undue delay, personal data concerning him / her if there is one of the assumptions required by art. 17, par. 1, let. a). f), Reg. n. 679/2016, except as provided by the art. 17, par. 2 Reg. N. 679/2016;
f. request the owner to limit the processing of data if there is one of the assumptions required by art. 18, par. 1, lett. a) - d), Reg. n. 679/2016, for personal data to be processed, except for storage, only with the consent of the interested party or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of significant public interest of the Union or of a Member State;
g. receive, in a structured format, in common and automatic device-readable form, personal data concerning you, provided to a data controller and have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments by the data controller to whom they were supplied, provided that this will not damage the rights and freedoms of others;
h. to oppose at any time, for reasons connected to particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you by those who will therefore have to abstain from the subsequent processing, without prejudice to the cases provided for by law;
i. oppose at any time the processing of personal data concerning him / her carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling in so far as it is connected to such direct marketing;
j. revoke consent to the processing of data at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation, if the processing is based on the provisions of art. 6, par. 1, lett. a), or of art. 9, par. 2, lett. a) Reg. n. 679/2016;
k. complaint to a supervisory authority;
l. obtain specific information if the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual obligation or a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract, and if the data subject is obliged to provide personal data, as well as the possible consequences of non-disclosure of such data;
m. not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
n. obtain specific information in case of automated decision-making process, including profiling, together with significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject;
o. obtain specific information if the Data Controller intends to further process personal data for a different purpose than that for which they were collected;
p. get information about the source from which the personal data come from and, where appropriate, the possibility that the data come from sources accessible to the public, if the data were not obtained from the data subject pursuant to art. 14 Reg. N. 679/2016;
q. get information required by law within the terms and with the methods provided for in par. 3 of the art. 14 Reg. N. 679/2016, if the data were not obtained from the interested party
